Plotting Options

For each run_id you can set the following options to True or False:

• plot_maps: Will plot a 2D map for each variable and valid_time from the different stream, sample and forecast steps specified in the config.

• plot_histograms: Will plot histogram of target vs predictions for each variable and valid time givent the different stream, sample and forecast steps specified in the config.

• plot_animations: Plots a 2D animation for each variable over chosen forecast steps, given different streams and samples specified in the config.

• plot_target: Uses the same plotting options to plot both prediction and target data
